The Best of Victoria Falls
Known by locals as Mosi-oa-Tunya or “the smoke that thunders’ Victoria Falls is shared by both Zambia and Zimbabwe, with the Victoria Falls Bridge crossing between the two countries and linking the two towns (Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe) and Livingstone (Zambia). When the falls are at their peak (February-June), the spray from the force of the Zambezi River as it tumbles down into the gorge below can be seen from many kilometres away.
