Discover Zimbabwe + Zambia

A highlight of any visit to Zimbabwe or Zambia will be Victoria Falls, linked by the Victoria Falls Bridge. They are also connected by the mighty Zambezi, where the wilderness of water on the man-made Lake Kariba was channelled, and where you can hone your paddling skills in a canoe on the lower end in Zambia.

Let’s Venture

Two-thirds of the Falls are in Zimbabwe but for the more adventurous, get close to the water’s edge at the Devil’s Pool or walk across the Knife Edge Bridge on the Zambia side.

Zimbabwe is home to five World Heritage Sites and its national parks ensure top game viewing in some of the more remote wild reserves in Africa such as Hwange National Park.

Zambia has more intimate game-viewing with fewer tourists – and some of the most beautifully rustic camps, including the Lower Zambezi National Park at the end of the Great Rift Valley, and with over 120km of river frontage it is easy to imagine walking in the footsteps of past explorers.
